Our Favorite Smoked Meat Recipes


(1) D L Lee Smoked Loin End
(2) Cans Campbell’s Golden Mushroom 10.5 oz.
(1) French’s Original French Fried Onions Toppers 2.8 oz.
(1) Tablespoon Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
(1) 16 0z bag Mahatma white Rice (cook when meat is done)


  • Put (1) can Golden Mushroom in a slow cooker. Spread around.
  • Place D L Lee Smoked Loin End in center.
  • Put (1) table spoon Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning all over Loin End.
  • Put second can of Golden Mushroom on top of Loin End.
  • Put French Fried Onion’s over everything.
  • Put Slow cooker on Low Temperature. Cook (6) hours.
  • Shred Loin End with a fork and remove all bones.
  • Place cooked rice all over bottom of plate and top with shredded Loin End.
